Royal Kona Resort guarantees you will receive the lowest available room rate when booking direct on our official resort website.
Should you find a lower rate for our rooms or the room packages that we offer on our website, please contact us and we will match the lower price that was found and provide you with a complimentary one category room upgrade.*
Best Price Guarantee - Terms & Conditions
The lower room only or room package quotation must be published, available to book online and available to the general public for the exact same booking details such as room type, dates of stay, currency, and number of guests.
Best Price Guarantee will compare the total cost of the entire stay. Stays consisting of two or more consecutive nights are considered a single stay and the Best Price Guarantee will be applied to the average nightly rate for the entire stay. The currency of the hotel (USD) will control the comparison of the room price and total room cost on the non-Royal Kona Resort website.
Price-match request must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the initial quotation. A copy of the other offer must be sent to us via fax at (805) 480-0399 or email at hhr@hawaiihotels.com and must be verifiable.
The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to air inclusive package rates. Royal Kona Resort reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend, or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
* Royal Kona Resort reserves the right to rescind the price-match offer, should it be found that the quotation we are asked to price-match was due to rates loaded in error by a supplier or any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors. In the rare case that Royal Kona Resort rescinds the price-match offer, we will still provide the complimentary one category room upgrade should the reservation be confirmed through the original supplier. The complimentary room upgrade is based upon availability at the time of booking and is not applicable to the oceanfront corner king room, or suite categories.
