DON'S SWEETHEART SPECIAL - $99 PER COUPLE
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2012 FROM 5:30PM-9:30PM
Includes a glass of champagne or wine; salad of island greens with vine-ripened tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado and candied pecans tossed in passion-fruit vinaigrette; a petite Filet Mignon with a truffle demi glaze and grilled jumbo shrimp with a garlic scampi butter sauce served with sauteed green asparagus and seasonal vegetables with roasted garlic mashed potatoes; and a warm fudge brownie with a wild berry and white chocolate sauce served with vanilla ice cream and garnished with whipped cream and fresh mint.

Thursday dinners have never been better - enjoy all you can eat of the Island's best slow-roasted Prime Rib served with roasted lyonnaise potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a house dinner salad with choice of dressing.

Enjoy a Hawaiian-style buffet dinner. Sides include Hawaiian sweet potatoes, steamed white rice, assorted salads, fresh pineapple, poi, lomi lomi salmon, macaroni salad, coconut rolls, jello and coconut haupia. Main entrees include Kalua pig, fish with black bean sauce, island chicken, & pulehu (teriyaki) beef. Dessert choices include coconut cake and pineapple upside cake. Dinner comes with choice of coffee or tea.
