We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Ohana in the below hourly positions:
Retail Store Supervisor
Responsible to supervise personnel and oversee day to day operations which include product entry into the sales system, stocking and storage of products. Facilitating and producing inventory reports to the accounting department on a monthly basis. Responsible for product display and cleanliness of the store. this person must acquire or have possession of retail liquor card.
Utility Steward (Casual)
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the Kitchen, Luau, and event areas. Delivery of food items for banquets and special events. Coordinates busing stations at banquet and special events. Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is required. Knowledge of automatic dishwasher and chemicals used to maintain the cleanliness of all supplies used to operate a restaurant. Looking for someone who is detailed oriented with a high work ethic.
Bushelp (Part Time)
This position supports the wait staff in the dining room. Is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Assist in the set up and break down of the restaurant. Serves water, and hot beverages as requested. Some food and beverage experience is desired.
Guest Service Agent (Part Time)
Ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers verbally and in writing. As for the first contact for the Hotel this position must exemplify the highest level of guest service. You must be detailed oriented and able to accurately control assigned hotel funds to properly deal with payment transactions. You will be responsible for checking guest in and out the hotel. Must have at least 1 year of hotel front office experience. Skills; computer literate, be able to operate a 10-key calculating machine by touch.

Provides leadership, supervision and direction for all Housekeeping activities of the hotel to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained. Minimum two years of Housekeeping Management either in a resort, hotel or condominium setting.
Executive Sous Chef
Coordinate, plan and supervise the production, preparation and presentation of food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations to produce quality products. Responsible for supervising the production of food. Recommends and implements procedural/production changes. Monitors food and labor costs. Two years minimum experience in a Sous Chef or Lead position for a restaurant or hotel kitchen. Knowledge with a union environment helpful.
Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
To effectively manage the Food & Beverage daily operations to ensure the service and quality standards are met while achieving high guest satisfaction as well as achieve Food & Beverage financial plans. Two years experience in a supervisory or management position in a resort or hotel restaurant setting. Knowledge of union environment helpful.
