We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Ohana in the below hourly positions:

  • Banquet Wait Help (Casual) $8.21 + gratuities
    Strongly prefer previous hotel banquet experience including banquet porter experience for complete set up, service and breakdown of banquet functions.

  • Cashier/Host (Part-time) $16.68*
    Requires previous cash-handling experience, preferably in a hotel restaurant. Requires open availability to work varied days and shifts.

  • Cocktail Server (Full-time) $8.21
    Requires a minimum of one year of previous cocktailing and food service experience. TB clearance required and open availability to work varied days and shifts.

  • Safety & Security Supervisor (Full-time) $18.75
    Requires previous hotel Security experience with supervisory duties or supervisory experience in a related field: law enforcement, fire-fighting and/or military. Requires the State of Hawaii Guard Card, Department of Liquor Control card, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification. Days and shifts will vary including overnight shifts as necessary.

  • Safety & Security Officer (Casual) $16.75
    Requires previous hotel Security experience. Requires the State of Hawaii Guard Card, Department of Liquor Control card, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification. Days and shifts will vary including overnight shifts as necessary.

  • Wait Help (Casual) $8.21
    Strongly prefer previous casual fine dining experience. Requires TB clearance and flexible availability to work varied days, primarily evening shifts.

  • Gardener (Part-time) $15.60*
    Requires a working knowledge of landscaping and horticultural practices as well as safe-handling procedures for agricultural chemicals. Requires considerable physical activity on a continuous basis and open availability to work varied days and shifts.

  • Executive Chef
    Coordinate, plan and supervise the production, preparation and presentation of food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products. Recommends and implements procedural/production changes. Monitors food and labor costs. Requires previous kitchen management experience, preferably in a hotel with labor relations.
